On 27 February 2026, we’ll be moving from S∙O∙S Services Web to a new and improved version of VisionLink™. This platform offers a one-stop solution for managing your data and fleet, and seamlessly integrates with all other digital platforms. With fluid analysis capabilities in VisionLink, you’ll be able to register and track your samples, view and compare results, and configure and receive notifications and reports.

migrating from S∙O∙SSM Services Web
Currently, users rely on a combination of our digital platforms to manage assets, submit samples, order parts, and track the health of their equipment. VisionLink 2.0 brings all of these tools together into one easy-to-use application, available on both web and mobile.
This is a global rollout, led by Caterpillar from its Peoria headquarters as part of a major upgrade to its fleet management offering.
The Terra Cat team will continue to provide information throughout the rollout and will remain your main point of contact for any questions.
VisionLink is a centralised full-fleet solution that helps businesses of all sizes manage their assets. By offering easy to understand and actionable insights, users can ensure they have the right equipment in the right place at the right time.

Customer Portal: Full migration to the new VisionLink Portal is planned for 27 February 2026. At this time, the old S•O•S Web system will be retired, and you'll need to use VisionLink to access your results going forward.
Software Platform Migration: Terra Analytical will be moving to the new software platform in 2026. This will not affect customers directly, but there might be some temporary disruption while we switch over. Keep an eye on this page for updates as we approach the final cut-over date.
