COVID-19  Update for Terra Analytical

Dear Customer,

I am writing to inform you that Terra Analytical and its Used Oil and Fluid Analysis Testing Service provides support to “essential businesses” and as such we will continue to support essential business throughout the COVID-19 Level 3 and 4 alert periods. 

These are exceptional times and so I ask for your understanding as we undertake our work. We will be prioritising samples for nominated essential sectors and industries, resulting in a possible longer than usual turnaround time in you receiving your sample results from us.

I can confirm we are also doing everything possible to maintain our service but it is equally as important that we protect the health, wellbeing and safety of all our staff. 

As a result, we are adopting some new safer working practices. The most significant of these is that effective immediately we’re temporarily closing our laboratory to walk-in customers for a minimum four-week period. Please use the Freepost sample return service in all cases unless you have been specifically advised otherwise. We are unable to answer face-to-face queries during this period.

The good news is we’re still here, and still working hard as a team to support you in answering your calls and emails through these challenging times.
