We have produced two documents as an introduction to Oil Commander and also how to pre register and produce the sample labels electronically using the data in Oil Commander. This facility is especially useful to speed up the writing out of the labels, it eliminates poor handwriting problems and ensures we receive all the data required for processing the samples. Insufficient data causes major delays in processing so those clients who produce the electronic labels will receive their results quicker.
